By using this website, scheduling an appointment, or engaging any services offered by CRM Signings LLC, you are agreeing to the terms outlined below.

Shipping Disclaimer

CRM Signings LLC strives to ensure that all orders are processed and dispatched in a timely manner. Once a package is submitted to a third-party carrier and a tracking number has been issued, CRM Signings no longer has control over the shipment and cannot guarantee delivery dates.

CRM Signings is not liable for any loss, delay, or damage caused by postal carriers, courier services, or other third parties during transit. While every reasonable precaution is taken, occasional issues may occur beyond CRM Signings’ control.

Privacy Policy

CRM Signings LLC is committed to protecting client privacy. Any personal information collected through our website, communication, or scheduling forms is used only to facilitate service delivery and maintain records in compliance with state and federal notary requirements.

Information is never sold or shared with third parties, except when required to fulfill a client’s request (e.g., mailing a document) or to comply with applicable laws. All information is securely stored and accessible only to authorized personnel.

Client Identification Requirement

CRM Signings LLC requires two valid forms of identification before performing any notarial service.

Acceptable identification includes (but is not limited to):

  • A primary unexpired government-issued photo ID (e.g., driver's license, passport, state ID, military ID, or permanent resident card)

  • A secondary ID (e.g., Social Security card, birth certificate, utility bill, credit/debit card with name, or employee/student ID)

The name on the ID must match the name on the document being signed. Failure to provide proper identification may result in cancellation or rescheduling of the appointment.

Service Disclaimer

CRM Signings LLC is not a law firm and does not offer legal advice or interpretation. Notarial services are limited to verifying identity, witnessing signatures, and administering oaths when applicable.

Clients are fully responsible for understanding the documents they present for notarization. CRM Signings is not responsible for the legal content, purpose, or effects of the documents provided.

Document Accuracy Disclaimer

Clients are solely responsible for the accuracy and completeness of their documents. CRM Signings LLC does not proofread, edit, or verify the contents of any documents presented.

If re-signing or re-notarization is required due to client error, a new appointment may be required and additional fees may apply.

Appointment & Travel Policy

Appointments must be confirmed in advance. For mobile signings, clients are expected to be present at the agreed-upon location and time.

Travel fees may apply based on mileage or location. Missed appointments, late arrivals, or last-minute cancellations may result in forfeiture of the deposit or additional rescheduling fees.

I-9 & Apostille Disclaimer

CRM Signings LLC provides I-9 Employment Verification as a designated authorized representative for the employer and does not assume liability for employer errors or instructions.

For apostille services, CRM Signings facilitates document processing but cannot guarantee approval, delivery time, or acceptance by third-party agencies. CRM Signings is not responsible for delays, rejections, or losses caused by the U.S. Department of State, Secretary of State offices, embassies, or other external entities.

Third-Party Disclaimer

CRM Signings LLC partners with various third parties to complete client requests (including shipping services, governmental agencies, and courier services). CRM Signings is not liable for the actions, delays, errors, or negligence of any third-party organization or representative.

Clients acknowledge that any involvement of a third party carries its own risk, and CRM Signings cannot guarantee their performance, timelines, or outcomes.

CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment to receive a refund.
    No refunds for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment.

  • If the notary cannot complete the appointment due to client errors (e.g., missing ID, incomplete documents), the service fee is non-refundable.

RESCHEDULING POLICY

  • Clients can reschedule once at no extra charge if requested at least 12 hours in advance.

  • Rescheduling requests under 12 hours may incur an additional fee.

Agreement to Terms

By booking, submitting information, or using any service provided by CRM Signings LLC, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all of the above terms, disclaimers, and policies.
